Robin D. Black

Robin D. Black has been litigating medical malpractice and long term care cases since 2000 at both the trial and appellate levels. While she began her career defending local Orlando hospitals, she expanded her practice to represent health care providers throughout the State of Florida.  For more than two decades she represented hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, mental health counselors, dentists and physical therapists in litigation and administrative matters. In addition to trial litigation, Ms. Black has handled more than 40 appeals.  Her appellate practice includes cases and oral arguments before the Florida Supreme Court, First, Second, Third and Fifth Districts.  Since joining Bounds Law Group, Ms. Black has devoted her practice to representing injured patients and their families in cases involving medical malpractice, wrongful death and catastrophic injury.
