David O. Doyle, Jr.

David O. Doyle, Jr. has been a practicing trial lawyer since 1996. Before joining Bounds Law Group in 2026, Mr. Doyle practiced as a medical malpractice defense attorney, including serving as Chairman of the Medical Liability Department at GrayRobinson, P.A., and as a Partner at Pearson Doyle Mohre & Pastis LLP. His experience includes representing hospitals, physicians, and health care professionals in high-stakes litigation involving issues of medical standards of care, clinical decision-making, and healthcare system operations. He is AV Preeminent Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, has been recognized by Chambers & Partners as Tier 1 medical malpractice attorney, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.

As a Partner at Bounds Law Group, Mr. Doyle focuses his practice on medical malpractice and catastrophic injury litigation. He brings nearly three decades of courtroom experience to his representation of injured patients and their families, having spent the majority of his career on the defense side representing physicians, hospitals, and healthcare systems in complex jury trials. This unique background gives Mr. Doyle an in-depth understanding of how medical malpractice cases are evaluated, defended, and tried.

Mr. Doyle earned his Juris Doctor from The Florida State University College of Law, where he was a member of the Order of Barristers and Moot Court Team, and his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, graduating cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
